Russ Mason

Russ has performed on stage at many of Nashville's live music venues, including The Bluebird Cafe, Douglas Corner, the old Exit/In, Mississippi Whiskers, Bishop's Pub, the Springwater Lounge & Supper Club, and The Old Time Pickin' Parlor, and was a part of the Nashville music scene that flourished for several years out at Norm's River Roadhouse, organizing and promoting a number of events there in support of the Roadhouse and his own Slow Cooker Music website. Along the way Russ has cowritten songs with Fred Koller, John Scott Sherrill, Cadillac Bob Holmes, Michael Kelsh, and others, including his son Neil, who's currently out on the road enjoying a grand musical adventure of his own as a member of Big Machine's band The Cadillac Three.

 

Paddy Kilrain

Though Paddy Kilrain has been a performing singer-songwriter for almost thirty years, and was well known in the Schenectady/Albany area where she's from, she's been less visible since relocating to Portland, Maine. Nevertheless, she's continued to add to her catalog of original songs, which sometimes reward listeners with their depth of emotion, while at other times taking them on an unpredictable and entertaining ride. Her songs illuminate the various layers of her humanity in ways that, time after time, make her performance of them a memorable event for appreciative audiences.
